These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gc444 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. By registering an account on gc444 or by using its services, you agree to comply with all the terms described below.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

1.1 Age Limit

1.2 Geographic Applicability

gc444 provides services targeted at users in Bangladesh. You are responsible for confirming that using such services is legally permitted in your region. The user is solely responsible for complying with local laws.

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts or managing another person's account is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation. gc444 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your login credentials with anyone. If your password is lost or unauthorized access is suspected, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

gc444 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security. You may be asked to verify your identity before making deposits or withdrawals. Be prepared to submit your National ID card or passport.

2.4 Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance remaining before account closure may be withdrawn, subject to applicable terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at gc444 is ৳200 (two hundred taka), applicable across all payment methods. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits or withdrawals through any third party are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account may be subject to investigation.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any suspicious or fraudulent transaction is identified, gc444 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at gc444 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus received — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Exploiting the bonus system unfairly — such as placing bets on both sides of an event to guarantee a profit ("arbitrage") — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.4 Other Promotions

gc444 offers additional promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the offer details. In case of conflict with the general Terms, the specific offer's terms will apply.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 System Errors

Any outcome resulting from a technical error, software bug, or server issue will be considered void. No payouts will be made in such cases and the wagered amount will be refunded.

5.2 Software Misuse

Using any bots, automation software, hacking tools, or other unauthorized methods to influence gaming outcomes is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be immediately closed and deposited funds will be forfeited.

5.3 Collusion & Fraud

Colluding with other players or playing in a fraudulent manner is strictly prohibited. gc444 uses advanced technology to detect such activity.

5.4 Game Outcomes

All games on gc444 adhere to fair play principles. The Random Number Generator (RNG) system ensures that all outcomes are completely unbiased. In the event of any dispute regarding gc444 game outcomes, the platform's server logs will serve as the final evidence.

6.1 VIP Tiers

gc444's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback

Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.2 Tier Change Conditions

VIP tiers change based on user activity. Reaching a higher tier depends on active participation and regular gaming on the platform. gc444 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.

6.3 Cashback Payment Rules

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account at the start of the following week. Specific wagering requirements also apply to cashback, which will be communicated separately.
